All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
A deposit may be required before work begins.
Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise stated in the contract.
Late payments may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Fees may apply for short-notice cancellations or custom materials already procured.

4. Warranty & Liability

We provide a limited warranty on workmanship as specified in your service agreement.
We are not liable for damages caused by misuse, third-party interference, or unforeseeable conditions.
Liability is limited to the value of the original service provided.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

Provide clear access to the worksite
Communicate any changes promptly
Ensure approvals and permits (if required) are in place
