Refund Policy

At Danat Al Rigga Technical Services Contracting LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The service was not delivered as agreed upon in the official scope of work.

  • Workmanship issues or clear service deficiencies are identified and verified.

  • The client cancels the service at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • The client changes their mind after work has commenced or been completed.

  • Delays or service interruptions caused by client-related issues (e.g., no site access, missed appointments).

  • Custom materials or parts that have already been purchased.

3. Resolution Process

If you're unsatisfied with the service:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of service completion.

  2. Provide your service details and a description of the issue (including photos if possible).

  3. We will assess the situation and may offer:

    • A re-service or correction

    • A partial refund

    • A full refund (in rare cases where work was not delivered as agreed)

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
